Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely access, feedback, approvals and the right to use content they supply. Delays in these inputs may affect delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, third-party assets, software and working files will be stated in the project agreement. Existing SmartClic methods, tools and brand assets remain protected.
External services
Hosting, domains, advertising platforms, payment providers and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. SmartClic is not responsible for changes or failures outside its reasonable control.
